Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting,
Kampala, Uganda, 17-25 November 2007.

Create was represented at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in Kampala Nov 17th -25th . This triennial meeting of delegations from all Commonwealth countries met to discuss common concerns. Keith Lewin presented a paper and convened a workshop on expanding access to secondary schooling.
