The CREATE database has been designed for use by people interested in education and development issues. Specifically it is focused on issues of access to education. Its intended users include education researchers, policy makers, educational professionals, people working in national and international organisations, librarians, students, the media and the general public. The CREATE database provides full bibliographic references for a range of educational resources around access to education, including bibliographic references to journal articles, reports, books, book chapters, theses, conference proceedings and other education materials.
